Kurt Encinias has more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry. Mr. Encinias has worked for Boeing Aircraft Company in Seattle, WA, as well as many FAA 145 Repair Stations throughout the US and other countries. He’s also been involved with many flight test and certification programs. Throughout his career, Mr. Encinias has held the positions of Technician, Maintenance Manager, Inspector, Chief Inspector, Quality Manager, Accountability Manager, Director of MRO, Director of Quality, Director of Engineering, and Director of Planning. Mr. Encinias holds an FAA airman’s rating along with many industry standard certifications, including:
- AS9100: 2009 (Rev C) Lead Auditor
- AS9110 and AS9120
- FAA 145 Certification (Training received in Oklahoma City FAA Academy)
- CAAC Chinese 145 Certification Training
- EASA Training
- Human Factors Training
- NDT – Previously held a level II Dye Penetrant and Level I Thermography
Drew Blum is Owner and Chief Financial Officer of Ntegrity Aircraft Parts and its related entities. Mr. Blum has 10 years of aviation finance experience and has been an integral part of the company’s organization and growth. He is responsible for the fiscal management of the company, including new acquisitions of aircraft and inventory.
Darcy Gulbin is owner and CEO of Ntegrity Aircraft Parts. She has more than 10 years of aviation administration experience. Over the last three years, Ms. Gulbin has developed the company into a fast-growing leader in the General Aviation Parts Resale and Repair business. She has organized, sourced and managed over $40 million in corporate aircraft parts. Ms. Gulbin is responsible for day-to-day management of the company, including overseeing Ntegrity’s inventory, which is available for exchange or sale.
